After you've graduated and have volunteered throughout your schooling, apply to local Junior and senior high schools for a spot on the training group. Lots of schools have offending and protective planners along with assistant and head coaches. After a couple of years as an organizer and then as an assistant, it will be time to look for a head coaching position.
